Warmer months can make yard maintenance physically demanding for seniors. Our volunteers help with basic lawn mowing, light yard cleanup, and outdoor safety support so seniors can enjoy a safer, more manageable home environment.
Volunteers help keep grass at a safe, manageable height where service is available and equipment needs can be met.
Seasonal assistance may include clearing small debris, tidying walkways, and improving access around entrances.
A maintained yard can reduce tripping hazards, support mobility, and help seniors remain independent at home.
My TCHF is our free community app. One account lets seniors and their families request help at home, and lets volunteers mow lawns, trim and tidy yards through the warmer months. It works in any browser on your phone, tablet or computer.
For seniors 65+ and the family and friends who look after them. You need an email address and the address of the home.

Equipment
The household provides a working lawnmower (and a trimmer, if you have one). Volunteers bring their time.
Verified volunteers
Adults pass an ID check and a Vulnerable Sector Check before visiting any home.
Privacy first
You see an arrival time, never a volunteer's location. Photo location data is removed.
